Summer 2009
May - October

• All rates DO  NOT include county and state taxes.

• Utility charge is $8.00 per day.

• All rates apply to occupancy of 2 persons or less

• $10.00 per day will be charged for each additional person

• No washing of cars, boats or trailers

• WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC SITE LOCATION

• ANY ADDITIONAL DAYTIME GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED $10.00 PER PERSON. ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER, AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHEN WE TAKE A COUNT.

• PET FEE $3.00 PER DAY (CURRENT INOCULATION RECORDS AND A PHOTOGRAPH OF PET REQUIRED)

• ALL UNITS MUST HAVE A CURRENT CAR PASS VISIBLE

• RATES AND/OR SITES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

• ONE CAR PER SITE AND NO PARKING ON CONCRETE PADS OR OTHER SITES. LIMITED PARKING IN DESIGNATED AREA $10.00 PER DAY.

Occupancy: over 2 people in a one bedroom and Gulfview Apartment, $20.00 per night/per person over 4 people in the two bedroom, $20.00 per night/per person, maximum 1 bedroom and apartment is 4, 2 bedroom is 6. Furnished rentals require a 50% down payment up to 1 month stay. One month or longer requires a month's deposit. A damage/security deposit required on all rental units. No pets or smoking in rental units. Beachfront House balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

MORE INFORMATION:

- Reservations for the next Season begin May 1st at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time)

- We allow Pets in our Park for a $3.00 a day charge per Pet.

- We must have 72hrs notice in writing of all cancellations (no exceptions)

- We will retain 10% of your deposit for processing with 72hrs notice.

- We will retain your entire deposit to cover lost time with no notice.

- All prices are based on 2 people.

- All sites are Full Hookup.

- You may park one Car Only on each site.

-Tent campers are allowed to place a tent on an RV site. However, the price
is the same.
