Occupancy: over 2 people in a one bedroom and Gulfview Apartment, $20.00 per night/per person over 4 people in the two bedroom, $20.00 per night/per person, maximum 1 bedroom and apartment is 4, 2 bedroom is 6. Furnished rentals require a 50% down payment up to 1 month stay. One month or longer requires a month's deposit. A damage/security deposit required on all rental units. No pets or smoking in rental units. Beachfront House balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Key Deposit      - $5.00 (Returned at time of checkout)
Cable Deposit   - $15.00 for wire
